πŸ“Š Dashboard & Key Indicators

The Dashboard is the operational and financial control center on the SERA platform. Designed for cooperative managers and administrators, this tool synthesizes operational data in real time to give you a clear view of your business and support decision-making.

1. πŸš€ Overview of Key Indicators (KPIs)

As soon as you access the module, the top of the page displays the priority metrics calculated for the selected period:

Indicator Description Operational Impact

Revenue

Total accumulated sales (Tickets + Freight / Parcels).

Lets you track the overall collection level across counters.

Occupancy Rate

Average percentage of booked seats compared to the total capacity of scheduled vehicles.

Identifies the overall profitability of departures and lines.

Today’s Departures

Number of vehicles scheduled, loading, or already en route.

Ensures direct logistical tracking at the bus station.

Freight & Parcels Processed

Volume and number of shipments registered for the day.

Assesses the performance of the freight transport service.

2. πŸ“ˆ Performance Charts and Filters

2.1. Time and Line Filtering

You can refine the data display using the top filter bar: * Period: Daily, weekly, monthly view or custom date range. * Line: Consolidated view or filtered by a specific trip (e.g. Antananarivo - Tamatave). * Counter / Agency: Filter by point of sale or bus station.

2.2. Trend Analysis

  • Booking evolution: Time chart comparing bookings made at the physical counter versus those made online by users.

  • Payment method breakdown: Breakdown of payments (Cash, Mobile Money, Card) for simplified accounting tracking.

3. πŸ“‹ Real-Time Tracking of Upcoming Departures

The lower table shows the progress of upcoming scheduled trips:

  1. Boarding status: View the vehicle’s status (Open for booking, Full, Boarding in progress, Departed).

  2. Visual fill gauge: A colored gauge indicates the number of seats remaining before departure.

  3. Quick actions: Access the passenger list (road sheet) or the driver’s route sheet in one click.

Data shown on the Dashboard is automatically refreshed every 5 minutes. To force an immediate update, use the "Refresh" button at the top right of the interface.

4. πŸ† Leadership Indicators: Managing Cooperative Profitability

In addition to operational indicators, the Dashboard highlights indicators specifically designed for cooperative leaders, to help them quickly decide where to focus their efforts:

Indicator Description Why it matters to a leader

πŸ”§ Vehicles Due for Maintenance

Number of fleet vehicles whose service or technical inspection is due within 15 days. Shown in red as soon as at least one vehicle is concerned, green otherwise.

Anticipates breakdowns and costly downtime by scheduling maintenance before it becomes critical.

πŸ… Top Most Profitable Lines

Ranking of transport lines generating the most revenue over the selected period.

Quickly identifies where to reinforce the offer (vehicles, frequency) to maximize revenue.

πŸ₯‡ Top Most Active Drivers

Ranking of drivers by number of trips completed over the period.

Recognizes the most involved drivers and helps balance workload within the fleet.

These indicators are designed to convince cooperative leaders of the platform’s added value on a daily basis: they provide a synthetic, actionable view (preventive maintenance, per-line performance, driver recognition) without requiring manual analysis of raw data.
