🔑 Account Creation and First Login

Welcome to the SERA platform! Creating your personal space only takes a few moments and offers you many benefits to simplify your trips.

By having a secure customer account, you can: * Instantly retrieve the history of your digital tickets and your payment receipts in case of loss. * Book in a flash without having to re-enter your details (Name, National ID, Phone) for every trip. * Track your departures in real time and receive alerts if the cooperative changes the schedule.

1. 📝 1. Creating My Account Step by Step

Registration is completely free and is done directly from your screen.

  1. Go to the registration page

    • Go to the official SERA platform website.

    • Locate the navigation bar at the top right of your screen and click the Sign up button Sign up button.

  2. Enter your personal information

    • Fill in the form fields with your Full name (First and Last name) and your email address (optional).

    • Very carefully enter your Mobile phone number. This number is essential: it will serve as your main identifier to log in and to link your tickets to your account.

  3. Choose your password

    • Create a secret password that only you will remember.

    • For the security of your account, choose a password that is easy for you to remember but hard for others to guess (avoid your date of birth or logical sequences like "1234").

    • Check the box to accept the terms of use, then click Confirm my registration.

2. 🛡️ 2. First Login & Account Verification

To protect your information and ensure no one else uses your phone number, a verification step is required during your very first login.

  1. As soon as the registration form is validated, the application redirects you to the login screen. Enter your phone number and the password you just created.

  2. A unique, temporary validation code is instantly sent to you by SMS (or email if you provided one).

  3. Enter this code in the box shown on screen to permanently activate your account. Your space is now ready!

3. 🔄 3. What to Do If You Forget Your Password?

Don’t worry — if you lose your password, you can reset it independently in under a minute:

  1. On the login page, click the Forgot password? link located just below the input fields.

  2. Enter the mobile phone number linked to your account. You will immediately receive an SMS with a secure reset code. Enter this code on screen, then type your new password to instantly regain access to your tickets.

One account for all your screens: Your SERA account is universal. You can use it to start a booking on your computer at the office and finish it later on your smartphone while on the move. Your information and language preferences (French, English or Malagasy) stay saved everywhere!
