π Log In With One Click Using Google or Facebook
In addition to the classic account creation (see π Account Creation and First Login), the SERA platform lets you log in instantly using an existing Google or Facebook account, without needing to remember an extra password.
1. π±οΈ Logging In With Google or Facebook
On the login screen, two buttons are available below the classic form:
-
Continue with Google
-
Continue with Facebook
-
Click the button corresponding to the account you want to use.
-
You are redirected to the official Google or Facebook login page. Authenticate as usual on that site (SERA never sees your Google/Facebook password).
-
Once validated, you are automatically brought back to the SERA platform, already logged in.
-
|
On your very first login via Google or Facebook, a SERA account is automatically created from the basic information provided (name, email address). You have no manual registration to perform beforehand. |
2. π Linking a Google/Facebook Account to an Existing Account
If you already have a SERA account created with a phone number and password, and the email address of your Google/Facebook account matches, the OAuth login automatically finds your existing account: your booking history and tickets remain accessible without any loss.
|
If the email address of your Google/Facebook account differs from the one registered on your SERA account, a separate new account will be created. To avoid ending up with two separate accounts, make sure to use the same email address as your initial registration, or contact support for a manual account link. |
3. β Frequently Asked Questions
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
Is my Google/Facebook data shared with SERA? |
No, only the strictly necessary information (name, email) is transmitted by Google/Facebook to create or find your account. SERA never has access to your Google/Facebook password. |
Can I disable classic login after using Google/Facebook? |
No, both login methods remain permanently available for the same account as long as the email address matches. |
What should I do if Google/Facebook login fails? |
Try again after a few moments; if the problem persists, use classic login with your phone number or contact SERA support. |
