πŸ”§ SERA Maintenance & Troubleshooting Center

Welcome to your support space. Whether you’re a traveler in a hurry to book a ticket or a counter agent managing a cooperative’s departures, we know your time is precious.

This page gathers simple, quick and verified solutions to independently resolve the most common minor technical issues, without ever blocking your activity or your trip.

1. πŸ’‘ Troubleshooting Guide (FAQ)

Most temporary issues on the internet are resolved by simply refreshing your page with the F5 key on your keyboard or by clicking the circular arrow icon in your browser.

1.1. πŸ”΄ Case 1: The application loads endlessly or disconnects (Timeouts)

For: Counter agents and Travelers.

If the platform takes too long to respond or displays a timeout message:

  1. Check your local internet connection: Make sure your internet box, 4G dongle or mobile network is working by trying to open another website (for example, a news site).

  2. Check signal strength: If you’re using a mobile connection, slightly move your device or antenna to get a better signal. Brief network dropouts instantly interrupt secure requests.

  3. Wait 30 seconds: If your internet connection is working fine elsewhere, the SERA platform may be processing a very large number of simultaneous requests. Wait a few moments before submitting again.

1.2. πŸ’Ί Case 2: A seat appears "Already booked" or "Blocked"

For: Counter agents and Travelers.

Sometimes a seat becomes orange or unavailable just as you were about to select it:

  1. Simultaneous selection: This means another customer or another counter is connected at the same time as you on the same departure and clicked that seat a fraction of a second before you.

  2. The temporary lock: To prevent two people from buying the same ticket, SERA "locks" the seat for 10 minutes while the other person completes their payment.

  3. The solution: Choose another available seat on the interactive map. If the customer insists on that specific seat, wait 10 minutes without touching the map: if the other buyer abandons their order, the seat will automatically turn green and become available again.

1.3. 🚫 Case 3: "Access denied" message or interface display issue

For: Counter agents.

If buttons disappear or the application prevents you from accessing a sales form:

  1. Clear your browser’s cache: Your browser may have kept an old version of the application in memory. Use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + F5 (or Cmd + Shift + R on Mac) to force a clean refresh of the display.

  2. Check access rights: If the "Access denied" message persists after logging back in, your user rights may have been changed.

  3. The solution: Immediately contact the Manager or main Administrator of your cooperative. They can check from their own account whether your profile still has the necessary permissions to make sales on this transport line.

2. πŸ›‘οΈ Backups & Data Security

This section is specifically aimed at cooperative Managers and Supervisors.

All of your cooperative’s strategic data β€” counter revenue, passenger lists, driver schedules and booking history β€” is continuously recorded and secured.

You have no manual action to perform. The SERA platform includes a redundant automatic backup system: your sales data is duplicated and stored in highly secure locations. Even in the event of a total computer failure at your physical counter or a prolonged power outage, no financial data or booking is ever lost. As soon as you reconnect a new device to the internet, you’ll find your dashboard exactly where you left it.

3. πŸ“ž Contacting Technical Support

If you’ve followed the steps above and the problem persists, our team of technicians is fully available to help resolve the situation.

How to get quick assistance?

  • Via a support ticket: Go to your personal SERA space, Support section, click Open a ticket and briefly describe the issue (include the booking number or the departure name if possible).

  • By phone (Counter emergencies): Our call center’s priority phone lines are reserved for counter agents to ensure continuity of boarding at stations. Check your membership agreement for the dedicated number.

  • Official channels: Never share your passwords or counter access credentials via private message or on social media. The SERA technical team will never ask you for this information.
